Our Approach
A clear, staged path from first call to go-live and beyond.

Most implementation timelines slip for the same reason: nobody agreed on what "done" looks like before the building started. Ours doesn't, because every engagement follows the same three phases, in the same order, whether it's a five-person shop rolling out Accounting or a multi-site manufacturer replacing three disconnected systems at once.
Each phase ends with something signed off, not a date
Discovery ends with a written definition of what "done" means for each workflow. Design ends with a fixed-scope estimate and a configuration plan you've reviewed, not a screen you see for the first time at go-live. Delivery ends with your team trained and the same specialists who built the setup staying on to support it. Nobody moves to the next phase on a guess.
What stays constant
- The scope agreed at the end of Discover doesn't quietly expand once Design starts
- The same team carries the project from the first scoping call through post-go-live support
- Local realities — connectivity, payment methods, regulatory reporting — are scoped in from the start, not patched in afterward

Discover
We map how your business runs today, department by department — before proposing a single configuration.
Design
We propose the configuration, migrations and integrations needed to go live, priced against what we found.
Deliver
We build, test and train your team, then stay on to support you after go-live.
