We start with your workflows, not a list of Odoo apps
Scoping isn't a sales conversation about which modules to buy. It's a working session where we map how orders, stock, invoicing and reporting actually move through your business today — including the manual workarounds nobody likes to admit exist.
What comes out of scoping
- A confirmed list of Odoo apps that map to your real workflows — typically some combination of Sales, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, Purchase or Manufacturing
- A written definition of "done" for each workflow, agreed before any configuration starts
- A fixed-scope estimate and timeline, not a wide range
