Frequently asked questions
Common questions before a scoping call.
How long does an implementation take?
A single-module rollout (Accounting or Inventory on their own) typically runs 4–8 weeks after scoping. Multi-module engagements — Sales, Inventory and Accounting together, for example — usually run 10–16 weeks. The scoping phase itself is what turns that estimate from a guess into a real number.
How is pricing determined?
We price after scoping, not before it. A fixed quote based on an unscoped guess is how projects run over budget. Scoping tells us exactly which apps, migrations and integrations are involved, and the quote that follows is the number that shows up on the invoice.
Do we need to migrate historical data?
Most clients migrate at least open transactions — unpaid invoices, current stock levels, active contacts. Full historical migration (years of closed records) is optional and scoped separately, since it rarely affects day-to-day operations after go-live.
What happens after go-live?
Support does not end at go-live. The team that built your configuration stays on to fix issues, tune reports, and adjust the setup as your business changes.
Do you work with businesses outside Kenya?
Yes. Most of our clients are in East Africa, and that shapes how we plan go-live around connectivity and which integrations we prioritize, but the same delivery process applies wherever you operate.
